Sathya Residency offers 6 spacious AC rooms (each 10x11 feet), designed for maximum comfort and relaxation. Each room features a Western-style bathroom with 24/7 hot water for your convenience, as well as a private balcony where you can unwind and enjoy the surroundings. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide complimentary amenities, including 1 bottled water, 2 toothbrushes, 1 tube of toothpaste, 1 set of bath towels, and a TV in each room. Our rooms are ideal for 2 adults, and we offer a special benefit for families—children below 5 years stay free of charge. The cost for each room is ₹1500 per night, with an extra bed available for ₹250. All rooms follow a 12-hour checkout policy.
